                                BEAR

This handsome mixed breed pup is around 8-9 months old, putting his birth date around Sept or Oct of 2007.   He is full of energy and very lovable.  He loves attention, loves to play and run and do typical puppy things.  He seems to be very alert to surroundings and learns quickly.  He is neutered and all vaccinations up to date.  Would love to have a home that will give him lots of room to run and also provide much love and attention. Seems to be fairly well housebroke also.

                             BENJI

This sweet, lovable little guy is just a pup about 5-6 months old as of July.  He is an adorable mixed breed, perhaps some sort of Terrier in there.  He has a great temperament, seems to love everyone and everything.  Especially food!  He is very highly food-motivated and would do about anything for some treats.  Benji loves to cuddle in the bed at night and loves to just sit by your side.   He is quite the snuggler, and is also playful and fun to have around.   Benji is working on housetraining and how to have manners at eating time.   His vaccinations are up to date and will be old enough to be neutered soon.

                            CINNAMON

Cinnamon is new to our foster program but so far she seems to be a very sociable, friendly dog.  She came to us looking a bit thin, but we're working on that!  She also has already had her tail docked and her dew claws removed.  We have since then gotten her heartworm tested (thankfully that was negative) and all her vaccinations are up to date.  She will be spayed very soon as well. She is approximately 2- 2 1/2 years old. She would do best in a home with a fenced yard and probably would be a good house dog.  Seems to be familiar with being indoors. She has been introduced to other dogs, cats and a variety of farm animals and has done well with them.  She does like to chase things that run though!  But overall she seems to be very good natured.

                                PATTI

Pattie is a 1- 1 ½ year old spayed female German Shorthair Pointer.  Her favorite pastime is to be near people, snuggling up to them, and after that it is playing in the yard outside as she loves to run.   She is very calm in the house, likes chew bones, is good with cats and horses.   After the pack order was established with the 4 other dogs in her foster home, she gets along with all of them  Sometimes she is submissive and sometimes dominant.  She is learning not to jump up when we come home.  She wants someone to love her, you can see it in her eyes, and she tries very hard to be good.    It is easy to love her back, as she gives her foster family so much love.  If you have time to spend with her and can take her for walks or have a large yard to run in, she would make a wonderful addition to your family.  Please consider this beautiful girl.  She is heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations.

                                     SPARKY

                           ADOPTION PENDING

Sparky is a great little Rat Terrier with amazingly good behavior.  He is very smart, well behaved and loves to be petted and held.  His tail is docked and dew claws removed.  He is not your typical hyper Terrier, he is more calm and reserved and very affectionate.  Probably around 3-4 years old.

                                       CANDY

This pretty mixed breed dog gave birth to four squirming little puppies about two weeks ago (around the 1st of Dec) out in the freezing cold.  They were taken in and saved from freezing to death by a HHS foster family. She is a petite little dog with very pretty colors. Foster home reports that she is pretty good on housetraining also.  Candy is a very sweet and loving dog who just needed someone to show her what a good loving home is.  She is fine with other dogs, growls a little at first, but  then she likes to play with them.  She would love to chase the kitties if given the chance, but unsure if she would hurt them or not.
