Please be aware that the Heartland Humane Society does not have a physical facility at this time, but we do have an office now!  We rely on our Foster Network to provide homes for the animals that come under our care.  We can also post lost/missing pets & found animals on this site in hopes of finding their owners or a new home.  Feel free to contact us by phone or by email.

If you are interested in adopting one of the animals listed on our site, an application is required.  Please fill out the application and mail, email, or drop it off so we can review it and consider you more seriously as a possible home for the animal you are interested in.
