The comments made about the animals listed below are done so by the HHS volunteers who with the help of the Animal Control Officer take pictures of the animals who are up for adoption at the city pound. They are by no means a reflection of the total personality of the animal or how it will get along with other animals or children. |

|
As always, when adopting a stray animal please make an appointment with your vet first thing to make sure they are healthy and to get their vaccinations updated. Remember to spay and neuter as soon as they are old enough also. |

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW
This
handsome Australian Shepherd mix pup is around 8-9
months old and is very active. He seems to have a
nice personality, just needs some good training.
He is wondering what happened to the home
he
had and waiting for them to come find him. If they
don't, he is ready to become a loyal companion to
someone else who will provide him with lots of love and
attention. |

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW
Male orange tabby who is
looking for a good home. He's probably had a
pretty rough time out on the streets but despite that
seems to have a good attitude. He just wanted to
be petted instead of sitting still to get his picture
taken, so not a good likeness of him. |

AVAILABLE FOR
ADOPTION NOW
Female
mixed breed dog with quite an interesting color.
She has a longer nose, perhaps some sort of Collie mix
and her coat is black with some brown undertones.
Seems to be a friendly dog and is wearing a nice new
pink collar. Someone hopefully is looking for her
and will find her to bring her home. |

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION NOW
This
very large Yellow Lab must be mixed with some large
breed because he does have a massive head. Despite
his size, he seems to be quite nice and I think would
just really like to be in a nice, loving home.
